She's a solid boat with no soft decks or anything. She has only two thru-hulls for the cockpit drains. Has a sink and propane stove. No head, but there is a space for a porta-potty or composting toilet.
Sail rig is sloop with main (fair condition), jib and genoa in bags (hank on sails, but never pulled them out). Standing rigging appears to be in good shape, running rigging (sheets and halyards) need to be replaced. I built a new tiller for her that needs to be bolted on. She has a 2006 Yamaha 8 HP outboard in a well that runs.
A little cleanup and some new halyards will have her sailing right away. She's located at Nautical Landings Marina in Port Lavaca and costs me $176 a month in rent. Liveaboards are welcome at this marina or you can move her to your port of choosing
