She has berths for four. Two settee berths, the starboard settee converts to double, with a quarter berth aft to starboard. L-shaped galley is to port aft of the settee berth with large icebox, two burner alcohol stove, trashcan behind the stove and storage underneath. A large head that takes the place of a v-berth with shower, sink, and wet and dry hanging lockers. This is a very spacious 25 footer with 5’11'' headroom throughout the cabins interior. Her six bronze opening ports with an overhead hatch that makes for excellent ventilation. Especially with the wind scoop. Comes with a 110 Volt Air Conditioner custom fitted for the companionway for cool comfort at the dock. Custom companionway steps to free up more interior space and give greater access to the galley sink and engine. (Still have original companionway steps for the new owner.)

The CD 25D is a classic Carl Alberg Cape Dory Design with a full keel, attached rudder, inboard diesel auxiliary. She offers a large cockpit and ample interior with a roomy head forward in place of a V-berth. Cape Dory’s seakindly qualities are well known and these vessels are offshore capable, tracks well, easily single handed, and will heave to like a champ. This well-loved vessel has spent most of her life in fresh water. She comes with a Triad Trailer with launch extension and mast support. A custom setup to raise and lower the mast. The boat can be floated onto the trailer and pulled out for bottom jobs, boat work, or to head out to distant cruising grounds. We have had amazing adventures in this boat and she’s ready for new owners and more adventures.
