Temple Lake Park has no camping area, the park is for day use only. The park has water, restrooms, three boat ramps and a fine swimming area. This is the north boat ramp which faces north where the Leon River opens into the lake.

The swimming area is roped off and the bottom slopes gradually. Restrooms are right there.

The south boat ramp faces south east, it's in a large cove running north. This ramp is off by itself, you can't get there from the park because the road is blocked off, so it's just for launching your boat and parking your rig. If you're on your way to the park on 2305 West, 1 mile past the intersection of 2271, turn left on Arrowhead Point, go 0.7 miles and turn left at the dead end sign.

The park also has a group picnic shelter with BBQ pit right on a nice cove.
