The Texas Centerboard Circuit went to Lake Ray Hubbard east of Dallas for the Rush Creek Yacht Club Spring Dinghyfest on May 15/16, 2004. The yacht club grounds were very impressive, plenty of room, fine docks and hoists, and even a restaurant and bar.

The races were very well run. The Thistle class would start first, then the Sunfish, then the MC Scows and Laser would start together, then the Portsmouth class. Here all the boats gather before the starts.
