This boat is perfect for a wide range of uses. A simple sailboat with main and jib, this boat also has oar locks and a motor mount. It can handle up to a 3 hp out board or ever a trolling motor (no motor included). You can use it as a canal cruiser, a small fishing boat, or simply a fun little row boat. I have had this thing for almost ten years now and I can promise you it is a lot of fun. It is really great for kids learning to sail, but will also easily handle two grown adults. I have spent the last couple of months painting and restoring this whole boat, from the bottom job to the top coat. It looks great. All the wood has at least five coats of varnish and even the non-skid is new. The sails are in good condition, a little baggy, but if you are just looking for a fun canal or lake cruiser, this boat is perfect. The boat also comes with two life jackets and a hiking stick to get you out on the edge of the boat when the wind is really cranking. I have the title and current TX registration for the boat. This boat is beautiful.
