In the last several years I have continuously worked on upgrading the sailboat.
All the hard work has been done.
I was setting this boat up for extensive ICW cruising to Florida and beyond but plans have changed.
Three sails: main, jib and genoa.
New forestay. Side and backstays are original.
Topping lift.
Spinnaker halyard added.
Hull to deck joint bolted and caulked all way round on boat.
All deck hardware removed, holes filled with epoxy and then re-drilled, caulked and reinstalled. No worry of leaks into core.
Backing plates installed under deck hardware.
Decks are solid.
All lines led aft.
All new sail handling hardware on cabin top.
New halyards in last 3 years.
New compass.
Two anchor boxes forward with bow pulpit and dual anchor rollers with dedicated stainless cleats.
Bow, midship and stern cleats, stainless.
New stanchions and wire lifelines.
New cockpit railing.
New plexiglass windows with opening portlights.
Cowl ventilator over v-berth.
Solar ventilator over head area.
New forward running lights.
New anchor light.
New 12 volt electrical panel with breakers.
Three battery system with 2 switch controls.
VHF antenna mounted on top of mast.
New shore power receptacle and control center with breakers.
Swim platform with ladder.
Two Forespar Marelon winches on cabintop.
Newer aluminum hatch with bars on top so you can stand on hatch if need be.
Adjustable stainless steel motor mount on starboard side of stern.
Drop board to close off cockpit at stern.
Sink.
Sleeps five.
Porta potty.
Cabin painted this year.
Interior sides newly carpeted.
Some cushions recovered and I will supply matching material to do others.
Three fire extinguishers.
Rule 1100 auto/manual electric bilge pump.
Low hours 1994 Yamaha 9.9 long shaft high thrust outboard with metal 6 gallon fuel tank.
Outboard controls in cockpit.
New fuel pump, water pump, thermostat, fuel filter and plugs this year.
Carburetor rebuilt about three years ago.
Trailer has new brakes and new tires with less than 600 miles on them.
New wheel bearings with less than 600 miles.
New surge brake coupler professionally installed.
New brake lines.
New lights all around with LED taillights.
Bearing buddies.
Trailer painted about 5 years ago and could use a touch up in spots.
Spare tire carrier mounted on trailer with older spare - spare should be replaced.
Lots of other things I have not mentioned.
Multi season ablative paint should be repainted soon.
Some small blisters scattered over bottom.
Previous owner painted boat and it could use a re-coat soon.
Outside dirty from sitting most of season and could use a good scrubbing.
In water now and will be stored on trailer end of October.
