This is a beautiful example of the Group Finot designed, limited production, F21 Classic that has been sailed less than six times. I purchased this boat in as new condition in June 2006 and have sailed her only twice. The original owner sailed her only four times and kept her stored her under cover on the trailer. The bottom has recently been painted and the exterior is in excellent condition, as I have it professionally cleaned and maintained, including monthly scuba scrub of the bottom and recent refinishing of all teak and (gorgeous) mahogany trim. Cockpit is extremely roomy and includes lockers to port and starboard for fuel tank and fender storage. The cabin has a V-berth w/storage below, two quarter berths w/storage below, and porta-potti. Unique folding table stores behind companion way and can be used in either the cabin or the cockpit. New TRT Radial Race Mainsail and TRT Race Genoa purchased in November 2006 at cost of $2,685 (installed January 2007 but not yet sailed! ) are Dimension/Polyant Xtech Kevlar/Mylar laminate by Doyle Ploch Sailmakers of St. Petersburg, FL. Race Mainsail includes 3 standard battens, 1 full batten, 1 reef, headboard, Cunningham, PHRF Roach Profile Beneteau insignia and bag. 120% Race Genoa includes shape stripes, hanks and bag. Original sails also included are a 100% hank-on jib and loose-foot, battened, mainsail w/single reef point by Doyle and in new condition. Standing and running riggings are in excellent condition.
The manual start, 6 HP Evinrude Yachtwin 2-cycle outboard includes a 4 amp alternator, and has not yet completed its initial break-in procedure.
The Wesco galvanized trailer has 16" wheels and tires, full spare tire, electric brakes, telescoping tongue, and has additional keel guides to simplify recovery. All factory documentation is included.
