I am the 3rd owner of this boat, the first having used it on Chesapeake Bay prior to moving it to Kerr Lake on the NC-VA border, where it has sailed for approx the last 18 years. Owner number 2 sailed her for approx 13 years before selling her to us in 2005, he remains active in helping us take care of her. While not perfect the boat is in exceptional condition for the age and shows as a fresh water boat. Forward berth was recently stripped and re-upholstered and stays bone dry. Mid cabin and aft cabins are original, and will need cabin windows replaced. This is a wonderful boat, comfortable, fast, easy to sail.
