Hi David!
Well, that sure didn't take long! Within four days of listing here in
Australia with a broker, we found buyers for the price we were asking for --
makes us think we went a bit low, but then, we don't want to be greedy. Can
never tell. Something is only worth what someone will pay. We are
extremely happy with the deal, but also sad, completely numb, and now,
homeless! We wanted to thank you for all your help and your website! We
did get one fraudulent email interest and thanks to the information you
sent, it helped us label it pretty quickly and nip it in the bud.
Thanks again and cheers to you!!
