    Accommodations

  • Forward cabin has a large V-berth with filler cushion, drawers and storage bins built in underneath it. A large hanging locker is opposite head compartment. Head is to port with Raritan head, sink, pressure water and shower and opening port. { I removed the head last spring as it does not have a holding tank, I still have the head and it will go with the boat. A holding tank is a project I did not want to do } Main cabin has many shelves and outboard cabinets both starboard and port. The bulkhead folding table has custom storage shelves. Settee berths to port and and starboard with drawers & stowage under. Starboard galley with sink and alcohol stove. Interior has mahogany joiner-work with teak and & holly cabin sole. Cushions .. I had new cockpit cushions made over the last winter. And the four cushions in the main saloon were given new covers .. looks very nice. Well ventilated with 2 dorade vents, 2 opening portlights w/screens and opening deck hatch in fwd. cabin with screen. Sleeps 5-6

    Additional info.

  • I rebed the stanchion bases, sanded the bottom and repainted with ablative paint, redid the boot stripe. Just finished recore of port side hand rail area, new balsa and fiberglass, paint, etc. Second hand but like new cruising spinnaker, got a new radio although the old one was working fine, got the cushions in the main salon recovered and also had new cockpit cushions made [ these are sweet! ], .. I also replaced the anchor chain and the shackle etc. ,, I purchased a second hand outboard for the Zodiac [ Johnson ], did some epoxy repairs, ...
  • I painted the non skid deck with the Interlux deck mate paint.
  • New paint, non skid Interdeck, on cabin top, cockpit area.

    She can be seen at Great Bay Marina in Newington, NH. I will be there almost every day working on her.

    Also.. I own a mooring in South Portland, Maine. An interested sailors asked me,,, and I am agreeable,, to let the buyer use the mooring for the 2008 season. I will need to get some money for the use, as the permit must be paid etc.. or .. the buyer can use the mooring use as part of the buying process.

    My Bristol is not perfect, there are a few projects on the "to do" list. She is a great sailing/cruising boat. Heavy, seaworthy,,, real blue water boat.
