1971 Bristol 34 sloop
The Herreshoff designed 34 ft Bristol is one of the most elegant and sea worthy craft ever built.
Built in 1971, the hull is constructed of solid fiberglass.
The mast height above the water line is approximately 46 feet (fits under all ICW bridges).
Draft is at 6 feet due to a modified fin keel and skeg hung rudder.
The standing rigging including the mast, boom, roller furling, turnbuckles and all shrouds were replaced 3 years ago.
All running rigging was replaced 3 years ago.
All plumbing including the holding tank, head, demand pump, fixtures, and hoses were replaced 3 years ago.
New bilge pump.
New head
The raw water strainer, fuel tank, and fuel-water separator was upgraded 3 years ago.
Diesel installed 96-97 -38 hp yanmar ( with new control cables 2007)
2 main sails (one full batten),
135 Genoa less than 3 years old with sacrificial strip
Older but good spinnaker
Bruce anchor
16,000 BTU reverse cycle marine A/C-heating unit one year old.
A Kiss wind generator and voltage regulator is also available.
