57' LOA
Steel Hull fully outfitted world cruiser. One of the famous Cox Version E designed By Bruce Roberts. Extremely well built, Beautifully crafted, strong and spacious.
She is a joy to sail. The Lewmar winches in cockpit, all self tailing, the Hood electric stowaway main sail, the Pro furl roller furling on Genoa & stay sail and windlass anchor allowed me to sail her by myself.
Over the past few months, the deck was painted with AWL Grip, the bottom scraped, new zincs installed. In preparation for my trip to the Bahamas the diesel tank was drained, cleaned, and 120 gallons of NEW fuel put in. The engine, generator, hoses, and filters were purged and new oil put in. I had new bilge pump, new forward head motor, and had the aft head refurbished.
She draws 7' and with her 37 tons she cuts through waves, very comfortable ride.
She is docked in brine water on an island in a multi-million dollar neighborhood. She is very safe, protected from the weather, and the owners of the dock are possibly willing to rent the dock to the new owners, but no liveaboards
There is plenty of room below with an unusually wide 17' beam and 7' 3" headroom, it feels more like a house than a cramped sailboat. The aft master stateroom has queen bed, sink, L shaped couch, navigation table, wall safe, full view of main control board from bed, private entry to aft full bath, and ladder through 30" hatch to deck.
Forward there are 2 additional guest cabins, captains cabin or engineers workshop, 2nd full bathroom, a total of 7 berths.
The interior is finished in tounge and groove hardwood, floors, walls, and ceilings. Other comparable yachts don't have every square inch of interior finished in top quality hardwood like this one. The cabinets and showers are teak, there are plenty of cabinets in all rooms and plenty of storage in the remaining spaces under the beds and couches, no space is wasted.
Remote controlled Sony stereo with ability to direct sound to any zone, master mb quartz jbl speakers in all rooms, Sony explode 800 watt amplifier, Cruchfield 200 watt amp, 2- 80 watt audio control equalizers make a music lover happy.

The Bimini canvas matches winch & sail covers. A raritian ice maker is in cockpit very convenient for the captain.
