This boat was built by Lear-Sigler in 1987
decent condition, completely dry bilge (will not wet a napkin).

I am the third owner of S/V 'Sugaree' which shows decent. She has been a pleasure to sail, very responsive in light winds. This boat will teach you keelboat sailing. In 2007 I replaced some rivets that had corroded and loosened on the mast with new 18-8 stainless rivets, which I bedded in silicone to seperate aluminum from SS. I also repaired and re-aligned the spreaders. All lights in and out work except mastlight. Radio needs to be mounted properly. During the last trip out this season I also wiped out a 1' section of the decorative teak molding above the port window on the cabin. Overall the boat is in good condition, she has been sailed regularly this year which includes 20 knts+ and she's held up well (reefed of course).
