20 Gal Fresh Water Tank
Entire main cabin modernized and rebuilt in ’02. Galley has ice box, sink and electric water pump, large storage areas. Dinette seats 2-4 adults and converts into 2 additional 6' bunks. Head used marine toilet with holding tank & pump out. Head door also can close off V-berth. Cushions new in ’02.
Sails and Rigging
2 Mains: 1 Main is several years old, good condition with no tears or damage. The 2nd main has only been used for 3 seasons. Excellent Condition. 3 Jibs: 90%, 100% 110% All in good condition with no tears or damage. New Tiller in 02
Engine and Mechanical
Yanmar Inboard Diesel, 20 Gal Fuel tank (cleaned in 02'), 2-80Amp Marine Batteries (new in 02')
Water tank (12-gal) with manual pump.
We purchased this boat in 02' and sailed it 1 Season. We found it was TOO BIG for our needs here in Iowa. After we purchased it, we restored the interior with new seat cushions and reconditioned teak. The Yanmar runs GREAT. It was completely gone through in 02' and runs great!
The boat is currently stored at Rathbun Lake in Centerville, Iowa. It does not come with a trailer, so transportation must be supplied by the buyer. Boat lift available at marina at buyers expense. The wooden cradle was built 5 years ago, and is in good condition.
Hull & Deck
Hull is fiberglass and is great condition. No damage. The deck is SOLID with no water rot or soft spots. The bottom could use a coat of bottom paint, but it is in great condition.
