1969 Cape Cod Catboat 17
designed by Wittholz, built by Ted Herman.
She is a good, sound boat in good condition. In the water and sailed last year.
Center Board version.
One owner and sailed in fresh water.
Older Lee sail that is in good condition.
Useable boom cover.
Spars are painted aluminum (could use new paint).
Older Evinrude 4HP OB in running condition.
Cabin Cushions in good condition.
Teak trim with teak locker hatches.
Equipped with running and anchor lights but may need some attention.
Lines and halyards are older, useable but may want to replace.
Coleman two burner stove.
She can be sailed as is or excellent candidate for further upgrading.
Older tandem axel Holsclaw Trailer in good/fair condition. This is a roll off trailer with tilt tongue. Lights work with flat 4 plug. Tongue jack with wheel. 5.70 - 8 inch tires in good condition with no cracks. 2 spare tires. New owner could easily put 12 inch tires on the trailer. 2 inch coupler. Bearings and races replaced on 3 of the 4 hubs. Bearings repacked with bearing buddies. I will replace safety chain. This is a road worthy trailer that rides well. Used mainly for winter storage.
