1974 Cape Dory Typhoon
Carl Alberg designed 18.5 ft. sailboat in pristine condition fully refurbished including white cuddy cabin with teak accents, leatherette cushions, brass reading lights, battery and wiring for music, nav. lights.
Deck with refinished teak cockpit coamings, railings, and tiller, bronze winches and cleats, and recently replaced all standing and running rigging.
Hull recently(2003) refinished with Awlgrip polyester urethane, red w/white boot top.
Deck recently(2003) refinished with white and tan contrasting nonskid.
New sail covers, jib storage bag, and custom boat cover in sunbrella tan.
New genoa.
Shore power cords.
Also, includes 30 lb.thrust electric motor and custom bronze motor mount, white leatherette cockpit cushions, and side mounted removable swim ladder.
Currently moored at White Rock Lake Corinthian Sailing Club.
Boat was appraised at $12,500.
