David,
Thank you very much for your message of impending expiration.
As it turns out, just last weekend I accepted a deposit for the sale of my boat and think that at this point it would be reasonable to have you mark it sold. And it is indeed sold!
About your website: I found it easy to use, fun to look through, and your attention to my ad copy made it better. I received a number of genuine queries that didn't work out because of geographical location. A number of people asked if it has a trailer and I had to tell them it does not. I did get a lot of looks, and I'm happy that so many people were able to view the Cape Dory 22 and see what a great boat it is, and this is good for the Cape Dory community at large.
In addition to the genuine queries I received a number of scams, but these came in flurries and seemed to be generated by the same person or group as they used the same language (and poor English grammar, and outrageous stories). These I did reply to, just in case they were real, and had formulated a standard one-line reply which made them stop coming.
You're doing a great job advocating sailing, and it's evident that you have a broad audience and many repeat visitors. Keep up the great work!
