History: This boat was purchased new by my father in 1981. I bought it from him in the Spring of 1996. This boat has spent its entire life on Lake Michigan and has never seen salt water.
Location: Summer home: Bailey's Harbor Yacht Club Resort slip #25 in Lake Michigan in Door County, Wisconsin. Winter home: Sturgeon Bay Yacht Harbor, in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin.
Specs:
Engine: Original 13 hp two cylinder Volvo-Penta MD7A. Injectors re-built spring 2003.
Running Rigging: Harken Roller furling on both head sails. 150% genoa, polish genoa
Green sail covers, winch covers helm cover and boot stripe.
Alcohol stove.
Edson pedestal steering Ritchie compass, depth, distance, knot meter, wind speed and autohelm (needs repair).
Water heater, hot & cold pressure water.
Newer teak bowsprit with bronze hauspipe. Survey incorrectly states oak bow sprit.
Barrier coat applied below waterline several years ago. Survey incorrectly states that there is no barrier coat.
Galley & head seacocks replaced with new sparten seacocks to match original.
Danforth anchors (two).
Automatic battery charger.
Newer Standard Horizon Intrepid VHF with DSC (digital select calling).
Screens for all portholes, hatches (two) and companion way. Fenders, lines, life jackets, boat hooks.
Many spare parts such as fuel filters, oil filters, impellers, belts, etc.
Exterior teak finished with Starbrite tropical teak oil.
Bilge drain plug.
Large sturdy two-piece tarp covers boat to water line for outdoor winter storage.
