1984 Cape Dory 31
I have all of the original paperwork and owner's manual.
I am the second owner of the boat.
I have replaced all standing rigging, as well as installed a simrad auto pilot with remote. This work was professionally done. I also had the professionals install a quick release on the inner forestay so the cutter forestay can be moved for easier bay sailing and handling of the jib.
This is a beautiful boat.
In my opinion, the is one of the finest boats made.
