I learned to sail on this boat throughout 2006 and 2007 and last had it out in November 07. Everything is in working condition and ready to sail. All the hardware is in good shape and all the rigging is solidly mounted to the fiberglass. One of the two cam-locks used to lock the centerboard rope in its up-position is a little loose where it mounts to the cockpit because the previous owner knocked it with his foot! There are some small cracks in the gelcoat but nothing unexpected (see photo). There are a few wear-spots in the trim where the previous owner put the trailer lights and two spots where its been chipped off (see photos). Has small blisters in the gelcoat below the water line and some delamination on the foredeck but the rest of boat is in great shape and rock solid. I intended to learn how to patch all these but used my spare time on the water instead. After a full day of sailing only a few drops or water come out the drain, so the hull and centerboard through-hull structure are still tight and in great shape. Overall, this is a great boat for speed or to just relax in for a day out on the water.
sold two weeks ago. Thanks!
