It is in good condition, solid no soft spots. The boat comes with a new trailer, 80's suzuki 4 hp outboard. The motor was serviced in august of 2004 and runs great. The main is full batten, there is also a jib, genoa, and spinnaker. All spinnaker hardware and pole is included. There is a speed and depth meter that both work. Mainsail and tiller covers. Cockpit cushions are in good shape and the interior cushions were re-covered in Aug. of 2004. The bottom was sanded and painted in the summer of 2004, and the side hull was painted in September of 2004. The traveler is harken ball bearing and was installed this year. The electrical system works and all running and anchor lights are functional. The main halyard was replaced this year, all other lines and rigging are in great shape. Swim ladder and anchor plus rode are also included. This is a great boat, the Capri 22's are fast and sail great in all wind conditions. I am graduating from college and need to sell this boat.
