1986 Captiva 24
"Illusion" is in the water ready to sail

Shoal draft keel 2'6", with centerboard down 6'
Weight 2450# includes 950# ballast in Keel
Hauled 8/09 cleaned and scraped the bottom, put on 1 coat antifouling and repainted the bootstripe
Sanded deck and coach roof to remove old nonskid and primed 1 coat
and put on 2 coats of satin finish enamel. She looks good now.
3 jibs, 1 main in good used shape
new in '08 mainsail cover in green sunbrella
Bimini about 3 years old also in green sunbrella.
Lots of the usual boat accessories.
Standing rigging appears in good shape
some running rigging showing age but most in good shape.
There is a backstay adjuster, boom vang and 4' jib tracks with moveable cars.
Inside is partly ok, shows it's age, 2 issues in v-berth needing wood repair
01 Merc. 15hp Elec. start. Motor starts and runs very well.
No trailer.
