1977 Catalina 22
This boat is in very good condition. It is a swing keel and comes with 2 Sails that are in very good condition. Also a 6HP Evinrude Long Shaft outboard that works well.
Other stuff:
Including all interior cushions in great shape, porta potty head, sunbrella mainsail cover, portable swim ladder and coast guard safety bag with PFD's, fire extinguisher, horn etc Mast and boom are in great shape and standing and running rigging is also in very good condition. Bottom has been completely sanded to bare fiberglass and a coat of VC 17 base tar has been applied. A quart of expensive VC 17 copper anti-fouling paint is included for finish.....which I am trying to find time to do). Boat has also been recently repainted on top to bottom. All teak has been redone in Cetol and two coats of eurothane. All stanchion and bow puplit and and shroud eyes have been re-bedded and siliconed. There are no electronics to speak of but a switch panel and wiring for lights etc is all in place with the addition of a battery.
Note: Keel is currently off, it was completely overhauled including grinding, fairing and VC 17 painting. It is not back on boat so will need to be re-installed and trailer will need appropriate adjustment.(because of this the price is greatly reduced).
It trailers very well on a heavy duty double axle trailer that has 4 brand new 14.5 inch tires and bearings are freshly packed and capped. It also has brand new light kit installed and functional. Trailer is also originally equipped with electric brakes that are untested but certainly seviceable. (NOTE: The trailer is NOT the one in the first picture, it is in the second picture)

Thanks for your quick service as usual....you are the best. As soon as I sent an email to a couple of people that had shown interest previously(sorry not from Sailing Texas but from one of several expensive ads in local newspaper)telling them that I was reducing the price it was snatched up for a paltry $2300.....oh well.
