Hi David...well after filtering through a number of those really weird emails from those having a "client" we did find a wonderful young man who wanted this sailboat. He lost his boat in "Katrina". I am also sponsoring him for a membership in Lake Canyon Yacht Club and think he will be a fine asset to the Club. He is 22 and has been sailing since age 10. They are a lovely family, and it has been pleasure to work with them in this purchase. I can thank you and Sailing Texas for this opportunity, smooth transaction and both of us just as happy as can be with it all.
Merry Christmas and much thanks....Dee
