1981 Catalina 22
Swing keel, everything is in good condition and boat and trailer have never been in salt water.
1981 7.5 extended shaft Evinrude motor runs good and when I bought it I had it checked out and serviced, probably could use a new spark plug.
Trailer is in good condition and came with the boat. Trailer has an "extender" on the hitch tongue to allow easier launching, tires are in very good condition. Wheel bearings were inspected and re lubricated about 2 years ago when I towed it down from Missouri.
Keel winch is in good condition and cable is clean and free of rust.
Bottom has been professionaly sealed and painted, paint is still good for a couple of seasons,
There are 4 sails, main, working jib, genoa about a 140 I would guess, and another sail which is I think a genaker, combination genoa and spinnaker. All sails are in very good condition.
Also included are tiller tamer, compass, attached swim ladder, anchor with 5 feet of chain rode and 100 feet of line, and boom vang. The main and jib halyards need replacing but all other standing and running rigging is in good condition. Tiller was refinished recently,
No battery, Running lights work except for mast lights, but they could be fixed. I never took it out at night.
Interior is in good condition with original seat covers. There is a porta-potty but I never used it. Table in good condition, some carpeting, sleeps 4-5, no galley. Hull was recently waxed.
Also have a paddle, some life jackets and various other items that go with the boat.
I can be available weekdays after 6 or 6:30 and weekends if you would like to see it.
