Has been raced before (Placed 5th in the 1996 C-22 Nationals), but has spent the last few years as a cruiser on Lake Arlington. Boat is a swing keel, with a CDI Furler and all line running aft for easy single handed sailing. This is a perfect boat to trailer and to learn how to sail with. Extra's include a Mast-up pole, brand new stantions and lifelines, and a boom kicker. Sails are in great shape.
We recently over-hauled the trailer with new lights, paint, bunkboards, and tires (trailer is single axle).
There is also a Mercury Long Shaft OB Motor on-board as well.
The boat is currently 'wet' in Lake Arlington and can be taken for a test sail before buying. I also have pictures you can request if you are a serious buyer.
We do have some extra we are planning on keeping like a whisker pole, spinnaker pole, spinnkers, kick up rudder, 150 Hank on Mylar Racing Genoa that we will consider throwing in if the price is right.
Spring is here and this is the boat to have to have fun in. If you are a new sailor, we would be glad to throw in some lessons or to help you 'step the mast' the first time.
