currently on a mooring in Glen Cove, NY in a Yacht Club. The yacht club is very affordable, in fact, it is the least expensive on long island ! ... the fee for the YEAR is 700 $ and you can put the boat in the water as early as you desire and remove it at your convenience. The fee includes a launch service to/from your boat during the summer season and the yacht club has a clubhouse for your use anytime. Prior to being put on the water in May 2007, the boat was trailered to and from the water and mostly used on Lake George, NY. The sale includes a 200 lb mushroom mooring with 50' of chain and all connections, pendant, and buoy. The mooring is 1 year old and was installed in April 2007. With the boat you will have a guaranteed spot on the water in the location where the boat is moored. The Trailer is old but is roadworthy and I have trailered this boat over 2000 + miles in the past 4 years. I have a clear title for the boat. This spring I put 4 coats of multiseason ablative paint on the hull and it is good for the next 2 years of being on the water.
