1980 Catalina 22
swing keel
The boat is clean and has a pop top and kick up rudder.
The keel was just rebuilt with new pin, hangers and bushing.
All the rigging replaced in 2004
It has Thurston sails. Main, jib, storm jib & genoa.
Storm cover and main sail cover.
The boat was set up for single handed sailing. All lines lead aft.
Swim ladder and slide out galley are included (no stove)
Evinrude 8hp motor with low hours.
Bulkhead compass.
Many CD upgrades over the years.
The last few years it has been in salt water. Spring launch, fall take out.
Electrical is one 12volt battery,depth finder, new VHf radio.
single axle trailer (no brakes). The trailer is ok, it has some rust, but it does have new bunk carpet, lights and wheel bearings. (2007)
Howdy David,
Well you have done it again. I sold my boat to the 2nd person that looked at it. Not at the asking price but not too bad either. The first person called back, he had made a low offer and i said no, he said think about it. He was shocked when my wife told him we sold it. He passed up a good deal and my boat went to a good home.
