pop-top cabin so you can hoist up the top for more space and breeze at anchor (really cool!)
Motor (7hp) Evinrude, runs great on mix fuel with oil (easy to do and have mixing tank), has gas tank large enough for all year!
The bad: some exterior wood could use a sanding and varnish, bottom job should be done within the next couple of years, front hatch needs new hinge.
Have clean title in my name and current registration until 2010.
!!Also, the wet slip is transferable for only $160/month! It's in a great location with lots of protection and just across from the island for great snorkeling, picnics or hikes.
