New ad on 2/19/03, I actually looked at this boat myself(David). Saw Gregg Little there looking at it too!
550lb swing keel, cable looks good, I rocked the boat with the keel down and felt no play in the keel bolt. Gregg checked the lock down pin and said it was free.
Sails, well the main only has one small hole in it, and has a good sail cover, but it looks kinda old
the jib looked better
We looked under all the covers, vberth, bilge, etc., and found no, absolutely no water, so looks like the deck and hull don't leak
good boom vang
pop top
port jib winch is really broke, gone really
needs new bottom paint, bottom has hairs
mast, boom and standing rigging looked good
halyards and sheets are servicable but have a few worn spots
motor mount is bent but I think I could straighten it, no motor
interior cushions need new covers, many have no cover at all
one or two of the access covers are gone, the wooden ones
has an outboard gas tank
there is a chip and scratch in the fiberglass here and there, but I didn't see anything major
the port rubrail rubber is loose for a few feet.
bimini looked good
interior and exterior teak is solid, I didn't see any cracks or breaks, but needs refinishing badly
sliding galley
no trailer
Plexiglass companionway boards.
Had lights, but didn't work.
mast head mounted wind indicator.
not a kick up rudder.
swim ladder is functional but bent
Kevin said he is moving to Key West tomorrow (2/20/03), wants to sell the boat and pay off the loan he has on it.
Gregg just emailed me that he bought this boat after I left!
