Description/Condition
This swing keel has been fresh water kept, lightly used and well maintained. The interior is the traditional layout port and starboard settee, forward V berth, and quarter berth starboard, galley port and head with vanity between the bulkhead and v-berth. This Catalina has all the upgrades available, wheel steering, cockpit cushions, winch, lifeline, companionway covers, bimini, new bumpers roller furling. Upgrades new 2004 all standing and running rigging, anchor/dock lines, full batten mainsail, motor mount, port a potty, batteries and navigational lights. This boat is ready to sail.

I sold my Catalina 25 ad 133 for $6200.00. You web site is great most of my responses came from your sight as well as the successful prospect. I paid 60.00 for four months with boats.com and only got three or four requests for information of which most were dead ends. I would say that I received 20 responses from your sight and all but a few were prospect that were really interested and looked at the boat. Your sight is a great service to the sailor. In fact I am in negotiations on an Endeavour 35 "maiden America" that was list by the previous owners on your sight (I have an accepted offer for 42K). The current owner advertised on Yatchs.com and Boats.com (good for me he did not list on your sight) and has had it up for sale for four months with no serious offers. So I will have boat in CCTX within the next few weeks.
