This 1990 Catalina was sold new in Denver and purchased by me in 1995 from the original owner. She has been in Denver all of her life. 6 months on the water and 6 months in storage makes a boat look pretty good. 'Ella' has never seen salt water and has rested in a hanger during the off season for the past 10 years. The only lake she has ever been sailed on outside of Colorado is Lake Powell.
Since 1997 I have been sailing her on Lake Dillon, a large mountain reservoir with a sailing season of 4 months. She has had the best of care and rests for 8 months of the year inside a large airplane hanger in Denver. Freshwater, meticulous care and a 9,000 foot sailing altitude have kept her pristine. I believe she is one of the finest Catalina 25 sailboats in the country. Check with Frisco Marina in Frisco, Colorado on Lake Dillon and they will know of her and her fastidious owner.
One of the last classic designs by Catalina. This model has all the extras from the entire run of the classic Catalina 25 .

David,
Your website has done a very good job. My boat sold yesterday for the full asking price. I have been flooded with calls and email since the add went on.
It sold on 2/23/08 for the full asking price of $14,900.
Thank you very much for your help.
Regards,
Randy
