This is a fixed keel Catalina with lots of upgrades. Pop-top, bimini, genoa sail, depth finder, auto-pilot, Evinrude 9hp outboard, swim ladder, two anchors, life jackets, mounted propane bbq, stereo, kitchen sink, icebox, propane stove, head, bathroom sink, v-berth (sleeps 2), two couch bunks with fold-away dinette table, bunks under cockpit can sleep two kids - one small adult, cushions for cockpit benches for outdoor sleeping for two. Rigging with winches for jib make it possible to sail single-handed. It has marine electric to plug in at the dock and I just replaced both batteries within the last two months.
This is a great sailboat for single-sail or for family time on Lake Pleasant. I take my two boys and their friends out on the lake often and they have a blast. There's plenty of room for them to play or eat lunch/snacks inside the cabin, or they can come out and help me sail. With the swim ladder it's easy to let guests jump in and splash around when it gets hot. We sometimes anchor overnight in a cove at the lake - very peaceful weekend getaway within an hour's drive of the city.
I am buying a new house so I need to sell my sailboat. I will consider all reasonable offers. I have it currently docked at Scorpion Bay Marina which is the new marina at Lake Pleasant north of Phoenix, AZ. I can easily move it for you over to the other marina (Pleasant Harbor) and have contact information for transporting it if you want it moved to another lake in Arizona or outside of the state.
