We have never had her out of the water. The previous owners told us that they did a bottom job on her about a year before we bought her in 2005.
What she needs:
New main sail – current main sail is wearing out, although it is fine for sailing in light winds if you are not racing.
Galley faucet doesn't work, sink drains fine.
Depth meter doesn't work
Port window has a minor leak, it needs to be reseated.
Head counter with sink has been removed because it was not connected. The counter w/sink is in storage and will be sold with the boat.
