Catalina 27, 1982
Two co-owners of a 1982 Catalina 27 are seeking a third co-owner. Buy-in cost is $5,000 plus sales tax. Ongoing cost is $100/month for each partner.
The boat is in a slip at Commanders Point, on Lake Travis near Mansfield Dam.
The boat is in good condition.
Wheel steering, 11 HP diesel auxiliary engine.
There is a built-in AC powered heater/air-conditioner which is not currently functional but was working when the boat was purchased about a year and will be repaired.
A/C functions only when connected to shore power.
We take good care of the boat and try to keep things maintained and operational, but we're not fussy, and we can't afford to make lots of upgrades on the boat.
If you're not an experienced sailor but are serious about learning to sail and take care of a boat, we could train you.
