The boat needs the thru hull that provides cooling for the engine repaired, the valve is stuck in the off position and thus provides no fresh water to cool the engine. This repair would be best performed with the boat pulled out, at this point it would make sense to do a bottom job since it's been 4 years. The batteries are 4 years old as well and could probably stand to be replaced. The engine is strong running and was rebuilt by the previous owner. Other than this that, this is a great bay boat.
We sure hate to sell the old girl but we just don't have the time to sail her or maintain her. We have owned her for 4.5 years and my wife and I have had many great times on her, including some over-nite adventures. Super comfortable and easy to sail (the boat is very forgiving for beginners).
