The Catalina 27 is a true classic. With 6,600 hulls built over 20 years,
this is one of the most popular sailboats built. This is a very popular
tall rig with wheel steering and inboard diesel (only 445 hours). The owner
has taken very good care of her as this boat is very clean and in great
condition. She has always been kept in fresh water and well maintained.
Easy to single hand but great for friends and family.
Salon/Dining
The open salon on the 27 makes the boat feel like a much larger boat.
Stepping down into the salon, there are settees on the port and starboard
sides. The dining table folds down providing ample dining space when
needed, yet stows away to stay out of the way when not needed.
Deck Layout
Fiberglass deck with stern swim ladder, bow pulpit, bow rail, bow lights,
lifelines, spreader lights, fenders, anchor and anchor locker. The cockpit
has an oversized bimini and cockpit cushions.
Galley
Designed for efficient meal preparation and easy access to the cockpit, the
L shaped galley features laminate counter tops, a stainless steel sink,
gimbaled stove with teak cover, and insulated icebox.
