This boat is the Tall Rig with a bow sprit. Large sail lockers to the port/stbd under the cockpit seats. Down the companionway, you will find the Nav station to Stbd, & Galley to Port. Large wide cabin trunk, drop down table. Area converts to Double berth Port/Stbd single. Forward of this area you will find Drawers/hanging locker Stbd, Head w/sink to Port. Forward is the spacious V-Berth.
MAIN SALON
Main salon has seating for 6 adults, folding table on forward bulkhead. Nav station on Stbd side. All interior cushions have been updated and all countertops updated with white Formica.
HEAD
Head is to the Port side, has sink & hand held shower with HOT water!. New Head installed (08)
GALLEY
Galley has Icebox, refrigerator and microwave. Duel sinks

Sails are in good condition, with a 3 year old UK main with 2 reefs and a Doyle 150 genoa in excellent shape
REMARKS
Boat is very clean & well maintained, with thousands of dollars of additional goodies added in the last three years. We have moved up to a bigger bluewater boat on the coast. There are too many items to list but rest assured, this boat is a good value.
