    Accommodations:
    This vessel is in Bristol condition and is fully equipped for coastal cruising. A 4.5 KW Panda generator, air conditioning/reverse heat, and an additional 50 gallon amidships water tank are some of the upgrades this model offers. Real inner spring mattresses, added privacy shades and a zipper door/bug screen also add to the comfort level. The 2004 Catalina 350 design has provided one of the most attractive and spacious layouts found in a vessel of this size.
    Entering from the generous cockpit through the companionway, we enter the main salon. The navigation station is to port along with a settee and your choice of a full size dining table or an alternate cocktail table.
    To starboard is the full size U-shaped galley and a second settee which converts to a two chairs separated by a cocktail table, which can also be used as a small dinette.
    Just forward of the starboard side settee is a hanging locker.
    Proceeding aft is a queen size berth in a separate cabin with a small hanging locker and cabinet storage.
    Proceeding forward, we find the head to port, offering an electric flush toilet, a vanity and medicine cabinet, a separate stall shower, and under cabinet storage. The head can be accessed from both the main salon and from the forward stateroom.
    The forward stateroom consists of a queen size island berth with drawers and cabinets beneath, as well as ample storage both to port and starboard.
    All cabins are well ventilated with opening port lights and hatches, each equipped with screens and shades. Both staterooms, the salon and the head are equipped with fans.
