Very clean and in good condition
New varnish on all exterior wood except the two piece removable door and the traveler support
New fuel tank and fuel line
The original sails are in average condition
Has leaked in the past. Some interior wood has water damage in one spot on the starboard side. Has not leaked after hatch screws and hand rail screws were tightened
Slip transferable at Dodd Street Docks near Volente Beach on Lake Travis
Last hauled out in 1995 at Commander’s Point, Lake Travis. They applied an epoxy barrier and Interlux epoxy paint
Depth Meter LCD has cracked due to sun exposure and is not readable.
Knot meter did not work recently.
