This blue water cruiser has been completely refitted twice by the second owner who has owned this yacht for the past 17 years. Nothing is standard or factory issue. The upgrades are too much to list and would take pages so pictures will tell the story for a start.

Accommodations
Starting forward is a guest cabin V-berth with a full 6'6" double berth with locker and drawer storage combined. This area has a separate head with separate stand up shower and was completely updated in 2000. The vanity was replaced with a marble top and plumbed with a SS sink and new hardware. There are numerous drawers, lockers and a hanging locker for ample storage in both V-berth and forward head.
The additional guest cabin is located to port across from the galley. It features an L-shaped settee which converts to a 6'6" double berth. This space also serves as a fold up table for food prep or a second desk area for work space or dine net.
The under area storage area was converted into a new battery storage area and is lined and houses 4-4D Surrette (the best heavy duty batteries made) batteries

Galley
The large galley is located starboard and forward of the pilothouse helm station. There is a double stainless steel sink with new hardware installed. Both hot and cold pressure water systems with a carbon filter installed on the cold water side. There is more than ample food prep space and storage space available. This galley is as large as most 75' yachts have. Appliance include a Force 10 propane stove and oven with a cutting board top, a built in microwave and the refrigerator / freezer is built by Grunnert and was overhauled in 2000. The 12v system operates when the engine is running or when 110v is present.
Pilothouse
The pilothouse features a completely rebuilt Nav. Station and a new control / instrument panel. The inside steering station provides complete accessibility to all controls and in bad weather is worth its weight in gold.
Both wheel and seat are antique and have been custom installed with regards to the interior design (teak & oak).
To port is the main solon with a large U shaped settee built around a teak and oak table that can be lowered to form a double bed if necessary. The engine room is accessed through a hatch in the cabin sole. The complete cabin sole has been replaced with solid 3/4" material with oak striped in teak and is special to see.
The Master's
The master cabin and master head are located aft of the pilothouse. There is a 6'9" queen size birth with custom fitted foam mattress. Storage is provided in a custom fitted hanging locker and built-in drawers and dresser. The master head has a full shower and vanity with marble top and custom SS sink with all new hardware.
All of the interior wood is teak and oak with a high gloss finish that was redone in 2000 and touched up every year as needed. Courtesy lights and custom light fixtures compliment the cabin through-out and were all made for this boat.
Both heat and air is provided by two 16,000BTU Cruise Air units installed new in 2004 and work with new duct work as well. Ample ventilation is provided through i0 opening ports with screens, 5 large deck hatches with screens, 4 vent hatches with screens and 4 SS dorade vents.
Sails
The sails are Neil-pride. They consist of a full batten main, 130 jib and a self tacking stay sail. All are in excellent condition and have Profurl furling systems installed. In addition I have a 150 drifter for light air sailing.
Hull and Deck
Fiberglass sandwich construction with layers of glass mat and roving with 3/4" end grain balsa core. Deck and cockpit are fiberglass sandwich construction similar to hull and in excellent condition. NO BLISTERS.
Teak toe rail is high gloss finish and maintained twice per year or as needed. All hand rails are SS as are the life lines. The bow pulpit was custom made with 11/8th SS as is the stern rails. The Davits are designed into the stern rails and were custom built with 4" SS and will support about anything.
The boat has been upgraded in every way both mechanically as well as design wise. The windows appear modern and are much better than new. All systems have been re-wired to above factory standards and are ready to sail anywhere.
The large aft cockpit has all the standard features as well as a large dining table with custom cushions and complete bimini coverage.
75lb CQR and 50lb CQR anchors both with 300' of chain coupled with a massive 12V Ideal windless and all the required safety equipment.
The mast was un-stepped in 99 and painted with awl grip to match the hull. All Norseman rigging was inspected and deemed in excellent condition. Both mast and rigging were inspected.
Engine and Generator
The Perkins 135 performs like new and the Westerbeke 8kw generator is like new. Both run perfect and cool. The engine room is completely insulated and sound proofed. All mechanicals are sound and subject to inspection.
