    Sellers have lived aboard for 7+ years and cruised leisurely through the Caribbean. Lying in Venezuela, this boat is turnkey ready to head out; enabling you to avoid the long beat to windward required to get here from the US.

    Constructed when manufacturers were generous with material, Cheoy Lee included longitudinal and traverse stringers provide hull stiffness. Modified fin keel with external lead ballast. Skeg hung rudder.

    This Cheoy Lee 38 has a large V-berth forward. The main salon has 2 settees with large dinette table. The yacht has a richly finished warm teak interior. Decks are Awlgrip with non-skid.

    Salacia has cruised extensively in the Caribbean and the Bahamas and has had continual upgrades. She is a sturdy, beautiful, comfortable, sea-kindly vessel.

    Chain locker in bow with 275' 5/16" HT chain. Ventilated access door. Pressure wash down system at bow for anchor and rode washing.

    Next aft - V-Berth with 6'3" length and 6'5" width. Large vertical storage lockers each side. 2 drawers for storage. Folding privacy door. Large Storage area beneath sleeping bunk. Shelves on both sides.

    Next aft is main salon with folding teak table and 2 - 6'8" long settees - 1 on each side. Shelves and lockers line both sides. Water and diesel tanks are below the settees. Louvered doors on lockers both sides, with wine locker and drawer built into table. 15" color TV on swing stand.

    Next aft to starboard is combination head and shower, with sink, vanity, 4 storage lockers and mirrored medicine cabinet. Separate entrance door to stateroom aft. Marelon Y valve selects holding tank or overboard for head.

    Across from head, aft of salon, is the U shaped galley complete with drawers for storage, double sinks with cutting board sink cover, 3 burner propane stove with oven, large top-access refrigerator. Storage lockers below sinks and along hull. Refrigerator compartment is cooled by 12V air/water cooled Adler Barber super cold machine. Drinking water supplied through pressure system and a manual pump. Toe-pump supplies sea-water to the sink also.

    Next Aft on port side is chart and navigation station with storage shelf, also 2electrical panels with 12V and 110V breakers.

    Quarter berth is aft of head and contains bunk 7' long by 4' wide. Under the bunk are 2 large drawers. One large vertical hanging locker has 5 shelves. One small locker with 2 shelves. 3 large storage areas below bunk with holding tank aft.

    Cockpit has substantial coaming to protect occupants. 2 large lazarette storage bins, 1 very large locker which gives access to engine room and 2 large lockers aft. Stern pulpit has mounts for 2 - 20 Gal propane tanks, gate for Med mooring and swim ladder access. Folding 5 step swim ladder mounted on stern.

    The interior is varnished solid Burmese teak with a teak and holly sole. There are 7 opening ports, 4 large portlights, and 5 overhead hatches for good ventilation. Headroom is 6'5".
