1978 Choate 27 (CH 27)
Tricked out as a racer in 1990 and raced extensively off California through 1994, with an excellent performance record. Class winner Ensenada race. Features a cutout transom and all Harken hardware. Dennis Connor bought one and made similar changes, winning the 1995 San Diego Cup with his. Mostly sailed on Colorado lakes since with occasional cruising trips to the Sea of Cortez.
