This is really a nice boat in good to great condition. It has been primarily a freshwater boat since we purchased it in 1982. Original 4 sails in excellent condition. Main, working Jib, Storm Jib, and 110%. C-22 slide out galley and built in dinette that serves as second bunk. Porta-pottie plumbed for dockside discharge. Cushions and interior are in #8 condition. Circuit breaker panel and battery in the forward storage. New bottom paint 3 years ago. Includes a like new tandem axel E-Z Load trailer and assorted dock lines, fenders and extras. 8.5 HP Mercury Motor.
