After sailing and camping on our sailboat for the past 9 years, my wife and I are offering our boat for sale. (We sail another boat during the summer on beautiful Lake Dillon here in Colorado where we live and want to focus our sailing closer to home).
The boat has 4 sails and is in good overall condition: main, jib, genoa, and spinnaker (with pole and gear). It comes with a 2000 Johnson 6 hp with less than 40 hours.
It has no trailer; the slip is available.
Features: The boat has a swing keel with updated stainless wire, two anchors, a VHF portable radio, shore power, battery with lights that work, and various odds and ends, such as a fan, sleeping bags, cleaning equipment, etc. The boat is due for a bottom job, but is easy to keep clean inside and out. Cushions in the interior are serviceable but showing their age.
Boat is currently registered in Colorado which does not title boats or motors, so neither boat nor motor is titled in Texas.
