I typically can be under sail in 12-15 minutes of reaching the dock. It's a fun boat in good wind and is not afraid to sail when others are dock-bound.
The reverse in the little 10hp went out, but I tend not to use it anyway.
If I had enough room to leave the marina w/o a motor, I would. The swing
keel is stuck in the down position, but that hasn't been a problem for me
either. It was that way when I bought it. There are a couple of soft spots
topside.
Located on West Point Lake at Southern Marina. The Lake is predominately in Ga but the Marina is in AL. The boat is registered in GA. GA does not require titles.
