This is a swing keel boat. The interior has been custom upgraded with an enclosed head, all teak wood cabinets, fabric lined headliners throughout V-berth and stern berth, and new carpet. Good head room in the cabin. It has a 14 gallon fresh water storage bladder, with pump, located under the stern berth, 2 sinks, 2 burner alcohol stove, ice box, CB and VHF radios, depth and knot meters, life jackets, anchors with chain rode, dock lines. The main sail is less than 5 years old. The furling 150 jib is less than 3 years old. It has a bimini.

The engine is a 1998 Evinrude 9.9hp, electric start with low hours and maintained regularly.

The trailer is tandem axle, EZ Load and road ready. It has an extendable stinger mounted at the front used in conjunction with strap and winch to step the mast. The other option is to used the gin pole to step the mast.

We have had the boat since 1989. It has been to Catalina Island twice and to San Carlos, Mexico twice. We know from experience that it handles well in heavy weather. The majority has been on Arizona lakes.
