1989 Clearwater 35
"Phoenix", 1989 Clearwater 35 shoal draft Cruiser/Racer Sailboat was designed by Craig Walters and built by Holby Marine Company in Bristol, Rhode Island. Received "Boat of the Year" honors in 1988. Lightly used. Excellent build quality and durability. Innovative design and construction. Sleeps 4-6. Sloop Rig. Good condition. She's great for shallow water, only 1'10" or 5'11" draft using adjustable centerboard and rudder.
"Phoenix" is ready to sail. She's been down the Intracoastal waterway from Maryland to Florida, has traveled 3 times to the Keys, and has visited the Bahamas on 3 different occasions.
Yanmar 27 HP Inboard Diesel Engine with 597 hours. Blue Hull and white deck. 6'2" Headroom below. Features galley, head, shower, sink. Tiller steering configuration. 9 foot cockpit seats. New Imron hull paint in 2000. Bottom paint job completed in 2006. Includes 5 yr old jib, original main, and like new spinnaker. Canvas accessories include dodger and bimini.
