Swing keel has been removed, faired, painted with bottom paint, and reinstalled a couple years ago with a new stainless steel cable.
New keel winch then, although it looks rusty now, still works great.
Main and jib in good working order.
halyards and sheets also in fine order.
Nice bottom paint a couple years old but in great shape because the boat spends most of its life on the trailer.

Oversized Gel-cell battery with working interior and running lights.
Anchor light needs plug reattached at mast base.
AM/FM Cassette Stereo with ipod input works great.
nice interior carpet and recent interior wood has been refinished.
Needs v-berth cushions recovered (gross) and exterior woodwork refinished.
Standing rigging in excellent shape.
Mid-eighties Johnson 10HP outboard probably needs work (haven't used that engine in a while) would throw in for $200.
Very solid fiberglass.
