This Columbia 28 is great vessel for Bay Cruising and dockside
entertaining. Hauled in Summer 2009, thru-hulls, with sea cocks
replaced, and the bottom painted. Fixed and standing rigging new in
2008, including new halyards and new jib sheets. Very low hours on 9.8
HP 4-Stroke outboard purchased new in 2008. Roomy interior and large
cockpit for entertaining and comfortable sailing. This boat is perfect
for someone interested in enjoying the sailing lifestyle without
investing a lot of money.
The Columbia 28 has a LOD of 27'7", a beam of 8'6" and a draft of
4'7". The dinette version sleeps a total of six persons, two in the
v-berth, 2 in the convertible dinette and 1 in each quarter berth.
